Learn to cook 'Geelicious' meals in the comfort of your own home with personalised cooking classes. I will personally guide you through each step, offering tips and tricks on how to prepare a variety of dishes tailored to your preferences and skill level. Perfect for individuals or small groups. I started teaching when I was living in Rome, and spent 6 months sharing my knowledge of fresh pasta making to tourists along with a choice of Roman sauces, spritz’ and tiramisu. Since moving back to London, I have continued teaching in various capacities - as head chef, at the community kitchen Refettorio Felix, every day in the kitchen was a learning experience for the numerous and wonderful home cooks that would volunteer their time to the organisation. Now, I regularly help with classes at Enrica Rocca, a family run Italian cookery school in Notting Hill, sharing skills of Italian home-cooking and hospitality at its best. I am also very fortunate to work alongside Popcorn Pantry in Putney, giving themed evening classes to adults, as well as fun educational classes teaching essential life cooking skills to teenagers and young adults during half term. Mostly focused on authentic Italian cookery classes, including fresh pasta making, a wide variety of sauces and desserts, you will learn some trade secrets!
